The MasterFit of the Year award is given to only the top 40 Vauxhall retailers nationwide. Each retailer is closely monitored over 12 months and must meet all 10 of the separate standards in order to qualify.
The rigorous standards set by Vauxhall cover three critical areas of the business – customer satisfaction, customer retention and business growth. These areas are designed to make sure that Walter C Brigg provides its customers with the best possible service levels whilst guaranteeing competitive prices by benchmarking costs against other local competitors.
